Discovering Your Self Through Weight Loss

As a teenager growing up I used to be overweight, and this is my life very difficult. I had many problems as they grow most of my age estimates used to tease me a lot about my weight. This really affected my confidence and how I viewed life. It is very difficult to approach a girl because I was very insecure about my weight. I was very lonely and it seemed that everyone who enjoys life with me.
It is a fact, not wishing to be bound in a relationship with someone who suffers from serious problems esteem. All the girls were interested members of our school’s football team, and I think the main reason was because they had a lot of confidence. Lack of confidence was also reflected in my class that I started after my exams, and that was when I knew I had to do something.
At the time I was sixteen I knew I had to change their lives, and what better way than to lose weight. I seriously considered using steroids to lose weight until I found some side effects are included, for men: low sperm count, decreased libido or sex drive, shrink testicles, hair loss, insomnia, depression in women: the extension of Klitoris, growth of hair on the face, hair loss, liver conditions, heart disease, depression, insomnia, kidney problems and increased aggression.
I used to walk on FAD diets that never led to any progress. You should also avoid FAD diets for weight loss because they will gain weight instead. When you USA a fad diet your body goes into starvation mode. When the body is in starvation mode, it will start to burn instead of fat, so they can maintain power.
You will lose muscle and this will cause your body metabolism, this slowing. When the metabolism of the body decreases, you will gain weight because you can not burn more calories than you’re used a. The increase in body weight also come as a result of increased fat, which is not consumed when the body is in starvation mode.
Through my research I came to discover that the key to losing weight is to do aerobic exercises, weight lifting and proper and balanced meal. The reason why they should eat good food because it will prevent your body into starvation mode.
Aerobic exercises are also good for helping people to increase metabolism, which also leads to burning more calories. Other aspects need to lose weight is to exercise with weights, which led to an increase in lean muscle mass. As a result of increased muscle also increases your metabolism and you burn more calories.
When you develop an appropriate body, you can increase your confidence and self esteem that will help you discover yourself.
